Exchange Policy:

If you receive a product that is different from what was shown on the website here's what to do:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp (+92 322 4133824) within 24 hours of receiving your delivery
  2. Send us photos or videos showing the product's condition while unboxing
  3. Once we confirm your complaint, you will arrange pickup and send a replacement within 15 working days to us.
  4. If your ordered item is out of stock, we'll show you other options to choose from
  5. You must return the product in its original packaging and condition

Refund Policy:

  • We don't offer refunds if you receive exactly what was shown on the website in good condition
  • We don't accept returns just because you changed your mind
  • Items bought on sale or with discounts cannot be refunded
