Exchange Policy:
If you receive a product that is different from what was shown on the website here's what to do:
- Contact us on WhatsApp (+92 322 4133824) within 24 hours of receiving your delivery
- Send us photos or videos showing the product's condition while unboxing
- Once we confirm your complaint, you will arrange pickup and send a replacement within 15 working days to us.
- If your ordered item is out of stock, we'll show you other options to choose from
- You must return the product in its original packaging and condition
Refund Policy:
- We don't offer refunds if you receive exactly what was shown on the website in good condition
- We don't accept returns just because you changed your mind
- Items bought on sale or with discounts cannot be refunded
